1. Services

We provide website design, local SEO, Google Maps optimization, AI search visibility, and related digital marketing services exclusively for moving companies, delivered under the following monthly plans:

• Local Visibility – $497/mo
• Market Authority – $997/mo
• Regional Dominance – $1,897/mo

Full plan details are available on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Where a plan includes a website build or redesign, delivery timelines depend on client responsiveness, including providing content, account access, and approvals.

2. No Long-Term Contracts

Our services are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) before your next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period once work has begun.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly plans are billed in advance using your selected payment method.
• Failure to pay by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
• Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect for your next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Because our SEO and website services are custom and performed specifically for your business, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced for the billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to provide:

• Access to your Google Business Profile, website hosting or CMS, and analytics accounts when required.
• Timely feedback and approvals on website designs, content, and SEO deliverables.
• Accurate business information, including service areas, moving services, pricing, and contact details.

Delays in providing access or approvals may extend project timelines without liability on our part.

6. No Guaranteed Results

SEO, Google Maps rankings, and AI search visibility are influenced by factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, website traffic, lead volume, bookings, or revenue. Any examples of client success stories, ranking improvements, or lead growth are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your moving company, excluding third-party assets, licensed software, stock content, proprietary frameworks, or templates used during development.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed projects, rankings, screenshots, and testimonials in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, web hosting providers, WordPress, plugins, and other online services.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, search engine updates, or other actions taken by these third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse of the Site, or violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice whenever practical.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
